In the second half of 2023, the core team came together to start putting some shape to our District Strategy, reaching forward for the next 7 years. This is very much a work in progress; you can read the latest information on these pages.
Over time, our sub-teams will meet to define their outcomes for the future; these will then be pulled together into our strategy to define our final “Journey to 2030”.
