Scouting’s Transformation

Starting in 2023, Scouting in the UK is about to go through the biggest change it has seen for decades.

• We will be more welcoming to new volunteers and get better at recognising and retaining our existing volunteers
• We will provide learning and support that is customised to individual needs and interests
• We will become more relevant in our communities
• We will adopt modern digital systems.

The changes will positively impact every volunteer, and enable us to provide
even more opportunities for young people to build skills for life.
