Booking at Barnswood

Bookings for Barnswood can be made by clicking on the Master Calendar below or on the calendar for a site or building. Then follow the prompts on the subsequent screens. Please note that all figures shown at the booking stage only refer to the deposit due.

You can check the availability of the building or campsite on the summary at the bottom of this page or on individual campsite or building pages. Enter the start date and number of nights that you want. We appreciate that numbers attending may change so just enter approximate numbers that you expect to attend. Your request will be shown on the booking calendar once you have completed the process. Any changes to your booking can only be done by the booking secretary.

This will generate a provisional booking and a request for a non refundable deposit of £10 per night per site or £50 per night per building. Once the deposit is paid, your booking will be confirmed.

After your camp we will ask you to confirm the numbers that attended and then forward you the final invoice.

To make more than one booking, you will need to select each one required from the index on the right and book individually.

The Barnswood Booking Secretary also handles the bookings for the on site activity areas. Please download a booking form here, fill in your requirements and email it to the Booking Secretary and they will get back to you confirming availability and booking.

Most Emails concerning your booking will come from the following email address. bookings@bookalet.co.uk Please ensure that your system will accept it by explicitly making it acceptable. If you can’t do this, please look in spam within 24 hours of booking and contact barnswoodbookings@gmail.com if you have not received anything about your booking.

Any groups that are not a member of the Scout or Guide Associations will need to complete an additional booking form and send to the Booking Secretary barnswoodbookings@gmail.com . Please download the form by clicking here.

Macclesfield and Congleton District are running a JOTA camp on the weekend of 17th – 19th October. Only groups participating in JOTA may book a site that weekend.
