The most recent District beaver sleepover at the Abney Centre in Cheadle got a huge thumbs up from those attending. The sleepover theme was Tropical Island and the activities included:
Learning about endangered animals,
Energy conservation,
Clean water experiment,
Exploring their environment,
As well as a camp fire and related arts and crafts.
All beavers gained one night away and their Global Issues badge. Well Done to all the Beavers that took part and for the leaders for organising
