Macc Hike 2025

The 2025 Macc Hike was help over the weekend of 5th and 4th April 2025.  21 teams took part leaving from 1st Poynton Scout HQ and making their way to 2nd Poynton Scout HQ via Lyme Park for the overnight camp.  The second day involved a hike to 2nd Bollington HQ.  We were blessed with great weather- albeit cold on the Saturday night.

Congratulations to all those that took part and a huge thanks to all the organising and support teams that looked after the teams over the weekend.

“Another great Macc Hike.   It was fantastic to see young people enjoying the outdoors, pushing their boundaries and learning new skills as they completed the hike and camping experience.    As I visited the various checkpoints, I gained a sense of the teamwork and camaraderie of our adult volunteers who each do their bit to create these amazing adventures for young people to enjoy”.
