District Beaver Challenge Day 2024

Ten beaver colonies from across the district enjoyed an afternoon of challenges at Gawsworth scout hut on Saturday 2nd March. They showed determination in tying reef knots, team work in balls travelling along tubes, knowledge in flag recognition, skill in fishing, dexterity in lego building, and great team work in all challenges.

It was a close run contest with the winners being 1st Rainow, who go forward to represent the District at the County Competition in the summer. Well done to all the beavers for trying hard and doing their best.
