How to prepare for doing warden duty
What to do on arrival
What to do on customers arrival
How to respond to customer requests
Demonstration of how to find and do things
The training itself should take less than an hour, but you can stay and socialise for longer if you wish.
Put the date in your diary, and bring the family if you want to.
