Bookings
All campsite, building, activity area, and equipment bookings are handled by our dedicated volunteer Bookings Secretary. Whether you’re planning a weekend camp, reserving activity spaces, or checking availability, please get in touch directly by email. They’ll guide you through the process and make sure everything is ready for your visit.

On-Duty Warden
During your stay at Barnswood, the duty warden is your first point of contact for on-site support. If they need to step away temporarily, their mobile number will be clearly displayed in the window of the Warden’s Lodge. Wardens can assist with safety matters, practical issues around the site, and general advice during your camp.

Volunteering
Barnswood relies on a fantastic team of volunteers to keep the site running smoothly and welcoming for all. We’re always looking for people who can share their time, skills, or enthusiasm — whether that’s helping with site maintenance, supporting activities, or joining the warden team.
