Bookings and Fees

How booking works

1. Pick your dates
Choose a campsite or building using the interactive calendar. Select your preferred dates and enter an estimated group size. Don’t worry if your numbers change later, we just need a rough idea to get things started.

2. Reserve with a deposit
Once you submit your request, a provisional booking is created. To secure your spot, simply pay the non-refundable deposit: £10 per night for a campsite and £50 per night for a building. Your booking will be confirmed once the deposit has been received.

3. Final numbers & invoice
After your camp or event, you’ll be asked to confirm the actual number of people who attended. We’ll then prepare your final invoice, adjusting for the correct numbers and any extras, and send it across for payment.

Additional Extras (Building rental only): Add a full catering set for £50 – includes plates, cups, cutlery, pans, knives, chopping boards and more, suitable for groups of up to 30 people. Full details can be seen here.

Non-Scout/Guide groups
