District Strategy Day

Yesterday the Core District Team spent the day working through the foundations of our District Strategy “Our journey to 2030”. We considered our team behaviours, challenging our unconscious bias, our vision and guiding principles for the future, and considered our next steps to make the vision a reality.
We will share more about our vision for 2030 in the coming weeks.
