Mike Brown shared his thoughts and thanks to everyone helping over the Macc Hike Weekend

“I’m so proud of everything that the young people achieved and learned about themselves. This, and everything else we do in scouting would not have been possible without our volunteers, each playing their part to make fun, safe adventure happen. THANK YOU to each and every one of you”

Steve Richmond, District Programme Support Lead Volunteer, also added his thanks as well

“Thanks to everybody that has helped organise and run the hike. We had 100 youngsters out on the hike and nearly as many leaders and adult helping running checkpoints, camps, etc.
Thank you, we would not have a hike without all the participants and helpers.”
